Welcome to our homestead! Our home is a fun one, full of love, laughter, and downright goofiness sometimes! Check in on us as we tend to our rural 2 acres, raise our 11 year old son, fight fires and chase bad guys! ( That's just Greg, I'll stick with the gardening and cooking! ) We pray that we honor the Lord in the process, as we strive to grow in His grace.

Dad Update #6

Well, it is day 14 for him in the hospital and we have an end in sight!!! He is doing so well, he is eating well and is getting around well, too. He is healing quickly and is ready to get out of there, getting some serious cabin fever! A radiation doctor will meet with him tomorrow and then he will get to go home on Wednesday! Hooray!!! He has done so well with all of this, his spirit has stayed strong and I feel he has been so brave and taken everything so well. I am very proud of him, he is one tough cookie! I will let you know when he has arrived home. God has been so good to all of us, thanks to all of you for all of your prayers, they have been heard!
