Welcome to our homestead! Our home is a fun one, full of love, laughter, and downright goofiness sometimes! Check in on us as we tend to our rural 2 acres, raise our 11 year old son, fight fires and chase bad guys! Trick or Treat!











After Dad's service was trick or treat night. Lacey came to trick or treat with Aaron, and Aunt Paula came with us, too. Aaron is dressed up as Lil' Joe from Bonanza, and looks so very handsome!!! I'm sorry, he would want me to say he looked like a rough and tough cowboy. Lacey is dressed up as Lacey, the preteen witch! The kids talked and laughed, and got huge bag fulls of candy. Then both of them ate way too much candy! I was glad that Aaron decided to dress up as Lil' Joe, since he had been Tony Stewart 3 years in a row! This night made me think about the first time these cousins trick or treated together. Aaron was 3 dressed up as a tiger, and Lacey was 6 and dressed as a butterfly. They sure are growing up, but are still best of friends!!!

    Aaron is going to grow up and be a ruggedly handsome man! But right now, he's a cutie pie! I am glad that he had fun! Friendships like his & Laceys will last a lifetime. How wonderfull! :)
