Welcome to our homestead! Our home is a fun one, full of love, laughter, and downright goofiness sometimes! Check in on us as we tend to our rural 2 acres, raise our 11 year old son, fight fires and chase bad guys! ( That's just Greg, I'll stick with the gardening and cooking! ) We pray that we honor the Lord in the process, as we strive to grow in His grace.

The Newest Homesteaders

We have had an empty rabbit hitch in our backyard for sometime now. While we were at the Darke Co. Fair looking at the animals the other day, we checked out the rabbit barn. And low and behold, several of the rabbits had for sale signs on their cages. Aaron fell in love with 2 of them, so we bought them and picked them up this evening. They are quite cute, and are already settling in to their new home. The larger rabbit with white and brown markings is a rhinelander named Thumper, and the smaller white and grey one is a mini-rex named Cottontail. Hopefully, he can show them at the fair next year!
