Welcome to our homestead! Our home is a fun one, full of love, laughter, and downright goofiness sometimes! Check in on us as we tend to our rural 2 acres, raise our 11 year old son, fight fires and chase bad guys! ( That's just Greg, I'll stick with the gardening and cooking! ) We pray that we honor the Lord in the process, as we strive to grow in His grace.

The May Family Fight Song

Basically, you never know what Greg and I will come up with on a long car ride together. On our 3 1/2 hour drive to Cedar Point, Aaron was watching a movie, and Greg and I were chatting. Out of the blue, Greg sings the first verse to this made up song. We decided at that point that it needed more lyrics, and thus The May Family Fight Song was born. ( this is the kind of crazy stuff that happens when we have too much time on our hands! ) So, to the tune of Spongebob Squarepants, is the song. Be sure you sing along, now!

Ohhhhh, who lives in a tri-level in the country - Greg, Jill, Aaron!
With a cat and a fish and a dog who's smelly - Greg, Jill, Aaron!

Bet you will have this ridiculous song stuck in your head for days now, huh? LOL!

    Glad to know my family isn't the only one that seems a little crazy with a few "quiet" minutes! Love the song and shouldn't every family have one?
