Welcome to our homestead! Our home is a fun one, full of love, laughter, and downright goofiness sometimes! Check in on us as we tend to our rural 2 acres, raise our 11 year old son, fight fires and chase bad guys! ( That's just Greg, I'll stick with the gardening and cooking! ) We pray that we honor the Lord in the process, as we strive to grow in His grace.

Trick Or Treat!

Aaron had a good time trick or treating this evening. Since there is no trick or treating out here in the country, we went into Brookville. He dressed up as Tony Stewart for the 3rd year in a row. I have gotton my $20 worth out of that costume, that's for sure! I told him he could be anything he wanted, but he chose that. I am glad that it still fit! Aaron and Greg carved the pumpkin with the Indianapolis Colts symbol. Aaron also decorated a pumpkin in his art class with tissue paper that turned out really cool. I am the Halloween "scrooge" in our house, ( scary stuff is not up my alley at all! ) but I survived another year!!! ;) Now on to the big holidays...
