Today was Aaron's state soccer tourney outside of Cinci. His team played their hearts out, but lost 2-1. He had fun, it was quite amazing what a big event this was! He played with such a great group of boys, and his coaches were wonderful with the kids. Aaron's soccer skills improved more this year than they ever have before. He played good defence today and had 4 throw-ins! The Goodyear blimp happened to fly over during his game, and he was fairly certain it was flying over for him!!! :) His friend Michael also made a surprise visit to watch him play, it made his day that he had come! Each boy recieved a state tourney shirt and patch, and also recieved metals for being the area champs. They were all sad to lose today, but I think it was quite an experience for them. All the boys played with good sportsmanship, even though they were really bummed in the end. I am proud of you Aaron for doing such a great job!
