Greg finished up the kitchen floor, and it turned out so pretty! What a handy guy I have! It took him a few days and it was hard work, but it really paid off. The grout went on darker at first, but dried quite a bit lighter than we had planned, but it still matches the tile well. It is so awesome to have that old stained floor gone and have the pretty new floor in!!! Thanks to my darling husband!!! :)The next project is the empty kitchen wall. We are going to put in lower cabinets and paint them a deep barn red color, and then hang my pot rack above it. Hopefully we will have it done before we leave for Florida next month. My kitchen only has 2 drawers in it, due to poor planning by the previous owners, so having some drawer space will be awesome!!!
